Job summary

Ramraj Cotton is looking for a proactive social media professional to craft and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and more. You will plan campaigns, manage reels and copy, and coordinate with agencies and creators to amplify brand conversations.

You will analyze performance, derive insights, and leverage AI tools to ideate efficient content cycles, while ensuring consistency with the brand voice and market trends.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of hands-on social media experience.
• 2-3+ years managing a consumer brand or multi-brand portfolio.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, algorithms and analytics.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and social media management tools.
• Working knowledge of AI-powered content tools.
• Experience in Media or Lifestyle sectors preferred.
• English & Tamil communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and emerging platforms.

• Manage and review reels, videos, stories, static creatives and social media copy.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, production partners, influencers and internal teams.
• Manage community engagement and brand conversations across platforms.
• Track organic and paid social performance and translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Plan and execute influencer/creator campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and CapCut AI for content ideation and creative efficiency.
