Sseg Solution is seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across major platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. You will create content, run organic and paid campaigns, and analyze performance to drive engagement and ROI.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and extensive multi-platform experience, including tools like Canva, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.

• 13 years of hands-on experience managing multi-platform social media channels.
• Hands-on proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro/CapCut for basic editing; familiarity with social management platforms.

• Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies across all platforms to align with business goals.
• Content Creation & Planning: Plan, write, design, and schedule engaging content using a content calendar.
• Community Engagement: Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, foster an active community.
• Paid Campaigns: Set up, run, and optimize targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using analytics tools; deliver weekly/monthly KPI reports.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with latest social media trends and best practices.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok/Pinterest). You will be responsible for creating content, executing organic and paid campaigns, driving audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies across all platforms to align with business goals.
• Content Creation & Planning: Plan, write, design, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, carousels, and graphics) using a content calendar.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster an active community.
• Paid Campaigns: Set up, run, and optimize targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads) to drive reach, leads, and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using native and third-party analytics tools; deliver weekly and monthly reports on KPI performance (reach, engagement, ROI).
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience managing multi-platform social media channels.
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Hands-on proficiency with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro/CapCut for basic graphic and video editing.
  • Experience with social management platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Soft Skills: Excellent copywriting abilities, strong visual aesthetics, and strong communication skills.
