Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to boost our local real estate presence in Navi Mumbai. You will create content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, run paid campaigns, and generate qualified leads for site visits.

You will maintain brand tone, write persuasive captions and property descriptions, engage with followers, and collaborate with sales, graphic designers and video editors. Strong Hindi and English writing; Marathi is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass with interest in marketing or media
• 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook Ads, and real estate marketing

Required qualifications

• 12th Pass Graduate, preferably in Marketing or Media.
• 0-2 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook Ads, and real estate marketing.
• Proficiency with Canva and basic video editing tools.
• Good copywriting skills in Hindi and English (Marathi a plus).

Nice to have

• Real estate industry experience.
• Experience with lead generation metrics such as CPL and conversions.
• Ability to create content in Marathi.
