Job summary

The AMP Labs is looking for a capable Social Media Manager to orchestrate content for multiple realtor and broker accounts across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You will craft captions, hooks and scripts to showcase properties and help build a realtor's personal brand.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on SM management, strong English writing, and fluency with Meta Business Suite and Canva.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Good written English; Hindi and Marathi are a plus.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva and a scheduling tool.
• Ability to manage several accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run monthly content calendars for multiple realtor and broker accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

• Coordinate with the design and video team to brief and review creatives
• Schedule and publish content, and respond to comments and DMs on time
• Track reach, engagement, followers and enquiries, and share simple monthly reports with clients
• Spot trending audio, formats and topics and adapt them for real estate content
• Support paid ad campaigns by suggesting creatives and ad copy
