Roof Reach in Kolkata is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives across platforms. The role blends creativity with data-driven decision making to grow our brand and drive business results.

You will coordinate with writers, designers, and video editors, manage paid campaigns, monitor analytics, and report ROI monthly while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong visual sense.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Closely work with Digital Marketing Manager and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain brand voice.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and ROI.
