Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to build and strengthen Herrick Healthcare’s brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and publishing high-quality visual, video, and written content to educate patients, promote diagnostic services/health packages, and drive community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting
• Conceptualize and draft educational, engaging, and promotional content across multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, visual posts, infographics, and carousel guides).
• Write clear, empathetic, and impactful copy/captions in English, Hinglish, and Odia (ଓଡ଼ିଆ) for maximum regional resonance.
• Translate complex health diagnostic concepts (e.g., preventive screening, blood analysis, outpatient specialties) into easy-to-understand social media posts and patient awareness campaigns.
• Design graphics, banners, and thumbnails using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Social Media Management & Strategy
• Manage day-to-day operations across all official channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile).
• Develop and maintain an active monthly content calendar aligned with healthcare awareness days, community events, and clinical campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, respond to patient queries/comments, and manage direct messages professionally.
