Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Create, edit and publish engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos and other digital content.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Create attractive social media posts, thumbnails, banners and promotional creatives.
• Write SEO-friendly captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags and keywords.
• Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings and organic traffic.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and leads.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
• Monitor social media insights, reach, engagement, views and follower growth.
• Conduct competitor research and identify trending content ideas.
• Support website content updates, Google Business Profile management and online brand promotion.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with the team to promote Ishkrish Pharma LLP and Medikets products through digital channels.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or diploma holder in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in social media management, video editing, SEO and digital marketing is desirable.
• Good command of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content and social media trends.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and video editing software such as CapCut, VN or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, content planning and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio is preferred.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads will be an added advantage.
• Good Hindi and English writing skills for captions, scripts and promotional content.
• Creative, self-motivated, organized and target-oriented.
• Ability to work from the office in Indore.
• Candidates must be willing to share a portfolio of previously edited videos, Reels or digital marketing projects.
