Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Navi Mumbai. The intern will support the marketing team in planning, creating, and publishing social media content for doctors and healthcare brands across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Daily responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, writing captions, basic graphic or video collaboration, and scheduling posts using social media tools. The intern will monitor engagement, respond to comments where appropriate, and compile performance reports to help optimize campaigns. The role also involves researching healthcare trends, patient education topics, and competitor activity to inform digital marketing strategies and support broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, especially in a brand-building or healthcare context.
• Effective written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, audience-friendly content.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools is preferred.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
