• Plan content calendars, write engaging captions, select trending hashtags, and schedule posts for maximum reach.
• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing social media ad campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries to foster community growth.
• Plan a content shoot for agency and its clients.
• Track key metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, conversions) and compile regular performance reports.

About the Role

• Page Management: Oversee and maintain day-to-day operations of social media profiles
  (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) for the agency and its clients.
• Content Scheduling: Plan content calendars, write engaging captions, select trending hashtags, and schedule posts for maximum reach.
  Paid Ads Management: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing social media ad campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
• Community Engagement: Respond promptly to direct messages, comments, and inquiries to
  foster community growth.
• Content Shoot: Plan a content and its shoot for agency and its client
• Performance Analytics: Track key social metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, conversions) and compile regular performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education/Certification: Must have completed a formal Digital Marketing Course covering Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Paid Ads Management.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Canva (basic design), and social media scheduling tools.
• Experience: Fresher- 2 years
• Attributes: Trend-savvy, strong copywriting skills, keen attention to detail, and analytical capability.
