• Plan and execute social media calendars and campaigns in line with marketing goals
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) and coordinate with design/video teams
• Monitor daily performance, engagement, and follower growth
• Track analytics, generate reports, and suggest content improvements
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and brand promotions

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing brand or agency social media pages
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy
• Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools preferred
