The role requires 3–5 years of experience, agency exposure preferred, strong copywriting and the ability to craft engaging captions, reels ideas, and short-form content that aligns with brand tone.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media handling (agency experience preferred).
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting and monitoring of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Schedule posts and ensure timely publishing as per content calendars.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes.
• Support paid campaigns and influencer coordination when required.
