Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars
• Create and manage engaging content (videos, photos, text posts, reels)
• Post regularly across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Engage with customers on different channels: Responding to comments, messages, inquiries from followers and manage Google My Business.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
• Coordinate with clients: plan strategies, share calendars, reports, and meeting MOMs
• Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for seamless execution
• Audit accounts weekly/monthly and set processes for smooth workflows
• Support team growth through upskilling and a positive work environment
• Take initiative in the absence of team members and follow up with clients when needed

Requirements:
