Job Summary

Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The role involves curating and uploading high-quality jewellery content, engaging with followers, responding to queries, and increasing brand awareness through strategic social media campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop and upload engaging content (images, videos, reels, and stories) showcasing jewellery collections.
• Ensure regular updates on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to maintain an active online presence.
• Create captivating captions and hashtags to drive audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the in-house team for photoshoots, video content, and influencer collaborations.
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.

Community Engagement & Customer Queries:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and queries across all platforms in a timely manner.
• Address customer inquiries related to products, prices, offers, and customization requests.
• Manage customer interactions with professionalism and ensure high engagement levels.
• Maintain a customer-friendly tone while responding to online queries and reviews.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase page followers and engagement.
• Run paid advertisements on Facebook & Instagram for jewellery promotions.
• Analyze social media trends and competitor activities to improve brand positioning.
• Increase brand awareness through collaborations with influencers and bloggers.
• Monitor platform insights and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

Advertising & Promotions:

• Design and launch Facebook & Instagram ads to drive traffic and sales.
• Promote new collections, festive discounts, and store events through social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

YouTube Channel Management:

• Upload and manage product showcase videos, customer testimonials, and event highlights.
• Optimize videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Engage with subscribers by responding to comments and encouraging interaction.

Ongoing Duties:

• Maintain a content calendar for systematic posting.
• Track engagement metrics, post-performance, and audience insights.
• Provide weekly and monthly social media reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar software).
