Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media platforms across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Perform SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital channels.
• Monitor and optimize Social Media Marketing campaigns and track performance.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for creatives and promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, content promotion, online campaigns, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Perform SEO (Search Engine Optimization) activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital channels.
• Manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns and monitor performance.
• Handle WhatsApp marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and promotional broadcasts.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support online promotions, festive campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business platforms.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
• Strong content planning and communication skills.
• Ability to create and manage digital campaigns independently.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualification

• Any Graduate.
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and brand marketing.
