• Track and analyse performance across social media platforms (organic & paid)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports aligned to brand and campaign KPIs
• Translate data into clear insights and optimisation recommendations
• Monitor content, campaign, and audience performance trends
• Support campaign analysis, launches, and moment-based activities
• Build dashboards and maintain accurate reporting using analytics tools
• Assist with client presentations, reviews, and performance discussions
• Conduct competitive and category-level social media analysis
