• Manage clients' social media accounts and publish creatives across platforms.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas to support brand marketing and engagement.
• Monitor and track engagement on Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with social media team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for multiple client brands.
• Maintain ORM sheets and report campaign performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content publishing and campaign delivery.
• Prepare weekly and month-end performance reports analyzing metrics and insights.
• Stay updated with trends and platform updates to improve campaign performance.

What you'll actually do:

• Managing clients' social media accounts and publishing creatives across various social media platforms.
• Brainstorming innovative campaign ideas to support brand marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Monitoring and tracking engagement across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Working closely with the social media team to create, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Developing and maintaining weekly and monthly content calendars for multiple client brands.
• Maintaining Online Reputation Management (ORM) sheets and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of campaign and social media performance metrics.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely publishing of content and successful execution of campaign deliverables.
• Learning to prepare and compile weekly and month-end performance reports by analyzing social media metrics, campaign outcomes, and key insights.
• Staying updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to recommend fresh ideas and improve campaign performance.
