Job summary

Mystic India IPC in Mumbai is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to build our digital brand and generate leads for premium real estate projects. You will own our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring a consistent voice and engaging visuals.

Responsibilities include planning content calendars, shooting on-site videos, responding to inquiries quickly, and collaborating with sales for timely promos.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience managing social media for real estate or similar high-ticket sales.
• Strong copywriting skills in English with sales-oriented messaging.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut/InShot, and basic video editing.
• Camera-friendly and comfortable shooting content on-site.
• Analytical mindset to read insights and improve content strategy.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Brand Management: Own and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetics & positioning across all platforms.
• Content Creation: Plan content calendar & create/post reels, stories, creatives, project updates, site visit videos, client testimonials & team highlights.
• On-Ground Coverage: Shoot basic reels/stories at project sites, channel partner events, developer meets & office activities when required.
• Community & Lead Management: Respond to comments, DMs & inquiries within 2-3 hours. Qualify leads and coordinate with sales team for quick follow-up.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track page insights, reach, engagement, follower growth & lead metrics. Share detailed weekly performance reports with actionablesTrend & Competitor Research: Stay updated with social media trends, viral reel formats, real estate content ideas & monitor competitor pages for benchmarkingSales Collaboration: Work closely with sales team for timely content on new launches, limited-period offers, virtual walkthroughs, booking updates & closing announcementsPaid Campaigns: Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager to boost posts & run lead-gen campaigns is a plus

Requirements
