Job summary

PQAngels Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking experienced RTL Design Engineers to join our semiconductor/VLSI team. You will design synthesizable RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog, convert microarchitecture specs into RTL, own block-level design, work on SoC/Subsystem and NoC-based designs, and perform RTL quality checks including Lint and CDC.

Ideal candidates will have strong RTL fundamentals, hands-on ASIC/VLSI design experience, and ability to collaborate across RTL, DV, PD, and SoC teams

Qualifications

• Verilog or SystemVerilog proficiency for RTL design.
• Experience with ASIC/VLSI design flow and RTL debugging.
• Hands-on RTL development and debugging; familiar with NoC/SoC design flows.

Responsibilities

• Design/synthesize RTL using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Translate microarchitecture to RTL implementations.
• Own block-level RTL design, development, and debugging.
• Work on SoC/Subsystem and NoC-based designs.
• Perform RTL quality checks, including Lint and CDC.
• Support synthesis and resolve synthesis-related issues.
• Collaborate with DV, Physical Design, and SoC Integration teams.
• Analyze/optimize designs for performance, power, and area (PPA).
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Support customer-facing technical discussions when required.

About the Role

PQAngels Technologies is looking for experienced RTL Design Engineers to join our semiconductor/VLSI engineering team.

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in RTL development, Verilog/SystemVerilog, SoC/Subsystem design, NoC, and ASIC design flows.
