Job summary

TUV SUD South Asia Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a qualified auditor to perform SOC 1 (Type I/II) and SOC 2 (Type I/II) audits and prepare reports per AICPA guidelines. Travel to client sites will be required to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will support SOC project execution for India and global locations, apply ISMS ISO 27001 / ISAE 3402 knowledge, maintain independence, and coordinate with clients and teams in a hybrid Chennai/Mumbai environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years in performing SOC 1, SOC 2 audits independently.
• Lead auditor courses- ISO 27001 desirable.
• IT knowledge to perform audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform SOC 1 (Type I/II) and SOC 2 (Type I/II) audits and prepare reports per AICPA guidelines.
• Ensuring completion of CPA attestation process.
• Travel to client sites as per client needs for SOC audits.
• Combine sales and delivery capabilities to enhance value creation and operational efficiency.
• Support SOC project execution for India and global locations.
• Practical work experience in audits- ISMS (ISO 27001) audits, Attestation audit, SOC 1 & SOC 2.
• Knowledge on assurance standards ISAE 3402 or SSAE 18.
• Application knowledge of AICPA guidance & trust service criteria.

Your Task

• Perform SOC 1 (Type I/II) and SOC 2 (Type I/II), and SOC 3 audits & preparation of report as per AICPA guideline

• Flexible to work in different time zone based on the audits

• Vendor coordination as and when required
