Office politics is a part of corporate culture and I felt the organization is no more an exception. I think the business owner should revaluate the working mechanism of their Sr. Manager in Privacy & Legal Department. I am not sure if this willingly but she assigned lot more tasks without any support and I found her very aggressive.
