Job summary

TÜV SÜD Group is hiring for a Quality Operations professional to manage CQI IRCA accreditation-related back office tasks and QMS support in our India operations. You will coordinate with accreditation bodies, handle examinations, results, certificates, and maintain dashboards.

The role requires graduation and 4–5+ years in quality operations, with strong MS Office skills, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities. Onsite, full-time role in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, or Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality operations or 4+ years in operations with certification and training exposure.
• Strong coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and quality standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage CQI IRCA accreditation and back office operations.
• Coordinate with accreditation bodies for examinations and results.
• Upload participant information CSVs to accreditation portal.
• Send examination links and share answer sheets with trainers.
• Coordinate post-training documentation with trainers.
• Process training batches, examinations, results, and certificates.
• Update accreditation dashboard and monitor pass/fail ratios.
• Analyze feedback for trainers and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality service.

Your Tasks:

Managing CQI IRCA, Accredited back office operation & accreditation, Quality Management Tasks:

• Accreditation management for the accrediation within academy .
• Coordination with accreditaiton bodies for examination, results for accredited trainings
• Uploading CSV files of participant inforamtion to accrediation portal
• Sending examination link, sharing answer sheets with trainers for evaluation
• Co-coordinating with trainers for post training documentation and other issues
• Processing training batches examination, result, certificates
• Update & maintain accreditation Dashboard, pass fail ratio, & overall LATC perfomrance
• Feedback analysis for trainers and training
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer and legal requirements, strive to improve customer experience and satisfaction by delivering quality service

QMS Support:

• Complaint management and timely closure of complaints.
• Internal & external audit management & timely closure of audits.
• Process & documentation management through portal
• Overall support for quality management system.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality operations and having exposure to management requirements OR minimum 4 years in operations. and delivering quality service from Certification & Training body industry.
• Skills: Good co-ordination, interpersonal relationship and analytical skills for data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Abilities: Should be adaptable, able to multi-task
• Knowledge: Well versed with MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and quality related standards and best practices.
