Job Purpose
To manage the complete field execution cycle from *site survey and measurement to installation, service, quality inspection and final customer handover*, ensuring accurate surveys, proper manpower allocation, timely execution, quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and minimum rework/service complaints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Survey & Measurement
- * Plan and conduct initial, final and re-surveys.
- * Ensure accurate measurement of aluminium doors, windows, slim/system profiles, glass and related products.
- * Verify site conditions, opening sizes, levels, plumb and alignment.
- * Identify civil, structural and installation risks before execution.
- * Verify drawings/BOQ against actual site conditions.
- * Take mandatory site photographs/videos.
- * Ensure survey reports are completed and uploaded in the company's system.
- * Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production and Project Management teams.
- * Ensure no production/installation proceeds on incomplete or incorrect measurements.
2. Installation Management
- * Prepare daily and weekly installation schedules.
- * Allocate installers based on *skill, availability, location and job complexity*.
- * Maintain an installer skill matrix.
- * Create installation teams/crews with a Primary Installer and supporting members.
- * Coordinate material availability before deployment.
- * Supervise installation of aluminium doors, windows, slim profiles, system profiles, glass and related products.
- * Monitor installation quality, alignment, level, fixing, finishing and sealing.
- * Monitor site productivity and installation TAT.
- * Conduct regular site inspections.
- * Minimize rework and material wastage.
- * Ensure proper site cleanliness after installation.
3. Service Management
- * Manage customer service complaints from registration to closure.
- * Categorize complaints according to urgency and technical requirement.
- * Assign technicians/installers according to skill.
- * Monitor response and resolution TAT.
- * Ensure maximum first-visit resolution.
- * Track repeat complaints.
- * Coordinate spare parts/material requirements.
- * Escalate major technical issues to the appropriate department.
- * Conduct final verification after service completion.
- * Obtain customer feedback after service.
4. Manpower & Labour Management
- * Maintain complete database of installers, technicians and helpers.
- * Maintain *Skill Level + Can Handle* matrix.
- * Categorize manpower as Beginner / Intermediate / Expert.
- * Monitor daily attendance and availability.
- * Prepare daily labour allocation.
- * Prevent double allocation or overbooking.
- * Monitor labour utilization and idle time.
- * Arrange replacement manpower during leave/absence.
- * Develop multi-skilled installers.
- * Monitor individual productivity.
5. Customer & Site Coordination
- * Coordinate with customers, architects, builders, contractors and site engineers.
- * Communicate survey, installation and service schedules.
- * Handle escalated customer complaints.
- * Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated to the team.
- * Conduct final inspection and handover.
- * Obtain customer confirmation/sign-off.
- * Ensure photographs, videos and required documents are collected.
6. Coordination with Internal Departments
Coordinate closely with:
- Sales customer commitments and site requirements
- Design – drawings and technical details
- Production – manufacturing readiness
- Purchase/Store – materials and accessories
- Dispatch – material movement
- Project Management – project schedule
- Accounts/Recovery – commercial issues where required
- Customer Service – complaint closure
- Management– escalations and performance
7. Technology & Documentation
- Ensure all field activities are updated in the company's designated system, such as Zoho FSM / Zoho CRM / Zoho Projects.
