Job summary

YANTRA ALUMINIUM WINDOW SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a diligent site supervisor for project execution across India, mainly in Mumbai. You will survey sites, plan activities with timelines, budgets, and manpower, and document daily progress for cloud storage and handover to clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the design team, conducting safety checks, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. A civil-related degree and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

Job description

Job Location: On-site – Project-Based Role (Projects across India, with the majority located in Mumbai)Candidate Preference: Mumbai-based candidates only. Please note: Accommodation will not be provided. Travel expenses incurred for project-related work, including travel between project sites, will be reimbursed on an actuals basis, subject to company policy and submission of supporting documents.

Preferred Industry Experience ONLY

Candidates with experience in the Façade, Interior Fit-Out, Glass, Aluminium Windows, or related construction and building envelope industries will be preferred.

Overview

Is responsible for Project survey for determining relevant details, planning of project execution activities within the given quality and time line norms, till successful handover to client team. Survey and implementation of actions in terms of services and quality audits required on specific assignments.

Responsibilities

• Project survey for evaluation and recording of all relevant data as per given formats and submittal of same to Design team. (In terms of Size, safety concerns, material movement, storage area, Installation feasibility, maximum panel size movement possibility)
• Evaluate Project requirements and Planning of all project activities in detail specifying critical path, time lines, Budgets, manpower requirements, Specific safety equipment,Handover process (partial or complete), material storage and movement plans, etc, followed by execution actions till handover to client.
• Documentation of daily (or any other report as specified) activities at site as per given format and storage of same on cloud
• Commercial documentation of all expenses for project along with backup support for Accounts team on client commercial documentation

Tasks:

• 1. Site Survey Feasibility support to sales team during estimation
• 2. Site Survey / Study after sales handover.
• 3. Project understanding & confirmation of all activities with timelines & budgets.
• 4. Planning - Manpower / Tools and Equipment’s / Safety & Insurance.
• 5. Client meeting on flow of activities, time lines, critical path, expectations from site team & site condition (meeting minutes to be documented)
• 6. Site measurements release to design.
• 7. Material storage - lock and key, quality check, material movement / shifting /unloading.
• 8. Reports - Daily / Partial / Testing & Handover
• 9. Project execution as per time lines & quality norms
• 10. Partial handover process on work done
• 11. Final handover
• 12. Site clearance
• 13. Site account closer
• 14. Completion certificate
• 15. Data Record handover
