Job Summary

The Site Engineer will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and quality control of ongoing projects at various sites. The role involves coordinating manpower, ensuring timely completion, maintaining safety and quality standards, and reporting site progress regularly. The Site Engineer will also play a key role in client coordination, risk mitigation, and ensuring project efficiency from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Team Collaboration, Supervision & Risk Mitigation
  • Arrange and manage workforce required for site execution and mentor subordinates.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards on all project sites.
  • Organize workflow and ensure all labours clearly understand their duties and assigned tasks.
  • Conduct daily checks of labour uniforms, safety shoes, and equipment; report discrepancies.
  • Plan and execute site activities according to schedules, ensuring no material shortage or project delay.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and client satisfaction as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients for site measurement and communicate details to Sales, Back Office, and Project Teams.
  • Identify and mitigate site-related risks by finding practical solutions to ongoing or potential problems.
  • Prepare Work Confirmation Sheets (WCS) within 24 hours of receiving measurements, ensuring zero errors and proper documentation (signed and dated)
2. Work Completion and Measurement
  • Ensure all site activities are completed within the assigned deadlines and project scope.
  • Collect and submit Customer Feedback Forms post project completion.
  • Return any remaining materials from the site after project closure to the store or relevant department.
  • Monitor and ensure that reorders are minimized through effective planning and execution.
3. Reporting & Documentation
  • Check Tax Invoice Bills and Packing Lists of Lixil materials.
  • Maintain daily labour attendance records and ensure monthly verification of tool bags with Managers Signatures (in the first week of every month).
  • Obtain Google Reviews from clients after successful installation.
  • Attend weekly review meetings, present site progress updates, and discuss/resolve site issues with the Project Coordinator/Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in site execution or project supervision in Aluminium Doors and Windows Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction/installation processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (optional), and WhatsApp for reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to risk mitigation.
