Job summary

Nyks Design Studio LLP in Jaipur is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to run interior fit-out and civil sites, from marking to handover. You will coordinate trades, read GFC drawings, and ensure daily reporting.

You will supervise labour, manage materials on site, maintain safety, and work closely with the Project Engineer and design team on site progress and quality checks.

Office hours are 10 am to 7 pm with daily site work across Jaipur; own two-wheeler preferred for mobility on sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervising interior fit-out or turnkey sites (residential or commercial)
• Diploma in Civil preferred; ITI/12th with strong fit-out site experience considered
• Reads drawings and measures accurately (tape/laser)
• Proficient with smartphone reporting (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors and labour daily

• Submit Daily Progress Reports with photos
• Check incoming materials against challans and maintain stock register
• Record measurements and run quality/snag lists; keep site safe and clean

Nyks Design Studio LLP is hiring a hands-on Site Supervisor to run our interior fit-out and civil sites in Jaipur, from marking to handover.

Place of work: Nyks office, C-Scheme, Jaipur (office hours 10 am - 7 pm), with daily site work across Jaipur.

Role & responsibilities:

• - Supervise contractors and labour daily: civil, gypsum/POP ceilings, drywall, tiling and stone, carpentry and modular furniture, painting/polish, electrical and plumbing coordination
• - Read GFC drawings (plans, RCP, elevations) and do layout marking on site
• - Send a Daily Progress Report with photos (labour, work done, material received, issues)
• - Check incoming material against challans and keep the site stock register
• - Record measurements with the Project Engineer; run quality checklists and snag lists; keep the site safe and clean

Preferred candidate profile:

• - 2+ years supervising interior fit-out / turnkey sites (residential or commercial)
