• Interpret & analyze plans, drawings, and BOQs
• Adept knowledge of Interior finishes related to Roofing systems, Interior Partitions works,
• floor, wall, and ceiling finishes
• In-depth experience inconstruction and material specifications
• Set up job schedules for goals to be achieved at site
• Monitor contractors/vendors & labor with the scheduled work plan.
• Checking quality of work produced.
• Checking final quantities in bills of contractors.
• Monitor/control/document material deliveries at the site and update the Project Head
• Detailed checks onmaterials delivered/ordered matches the drawings/specification
• At site to coordinate with assigned the junior site supervisor towards the smooth
• functioning of the site
• Coordinate with Project Head on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering
• Routine reports of site works progress to the Project Head
• Daily site visits to coordinate /update/ resolve on any changes or issues with vendors and
