Job summary

Naukripay group seeks an experienced Interior Site Engineer to oversee interior execution at project sites, coordinating with contractors, vendors, architects and project managers to ensure work matches drawings, specs, quality standards and timelines.

The role requires reading drawings, supervising daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining progress reports, and assisting with BOQs and estimates. 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Reading architectural, interior and MEP drawings is required.
• Good communication and contractor-management skills.
• Ability to work independently at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior site execution and construction activities.
• Read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
• Ensure execution is carried out according to approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor quality, measurements, materials, and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities.
• Coordinate with architects and designers for drawing clarifications and modifications.
• Ensure proper sequencing of activities to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and work completion reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure snagging and rectification work is completed.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision.
• Good knowledge of interior finishing works, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing coordination.
• Ability to read drawings and understand measurements.
• Good communication and contractor-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic project documentation.
• Ability to work independently at project sites.

Salary
