Job summary

Design Worx, headquartered in Delhi, seeks Site Engineer and Senior Site Engineer for exclusive interior fit-out projects across India. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring coordination with multiple stakeholders and strict adherence to design intent.

You will oversee daily site activities, read and implement drawings, manage safety and quality, and support project managers in scheduling and resources. Freshers are not eligible; minimum 3 years of interior execution experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior execution.
• Experience in architecture, interiors, civil works and MEPF services.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, detailing, and execution methodologies.
• Willingness to remain site-based throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities for interior fit-out and architectural works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and design teams.
• Ensure accurate execution of architectural and interior drawings, material specifications, and details.
• Coordinate with MEPF consultants and service contractors for seamless integration of building services.
• Read, interpret, and implement architectural, interior, structural, and MEPF drawings.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and verify measurements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in real time.
• Prepare site reports and maintain essential project documentation.
• Support project managers in managing schedules, resources, and site deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and design intent.

We are looking for experienced Site Engineers and Senior Site Engineers to join our team for the execution of exclusive, high‑end interior projects across India.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for professionals who are confident in managing interior fit‑out and architectural works, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that every detail is executed in line with the design intent.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum3 years of relevant experiencein interior execution.
• Proven experience in projects involvingarchitecture, interiors, civil works, and MEPF services.
• ITI, Diploma, or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, detailing, and execution methodologies.
• Practical understanding of structural and civil engineering as applied to interior fit‑out projects.
• Ability to coordinate architectural, interior, structural, and MEPF drawings.
• Strong site supervision, quality control, inspection, and reporting skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work within project schedules and budgets.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices.
• Willingness to remain site‑based throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proven expertise in high‑end interior execution and a strong eye for workmanship.

Freshers need not apply. Candidates without a minimum of 3 years of relevant project experience will not be considered.
