Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day site activities and work progress.
• Ensure execution of interior works as per approved drawings, specifications, and PMC instructions.
• Attend site full-time and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Submit daily progress reports to PMC along with site photographs and updates.
• Verify site measurements and assist in checking and certification of contractor/vendor bills.
• Monitor workmanship, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance at site as required.
• Communicate and implement technical instructions issued by PMC to contractors and vendors.
• Track project progress and highlight delays, issues, or deviations to PMC.
• Maintain site records, measurements, and documentation.
