Job summary

Morpho Dimensions in Punjab invites a Site Supervisor to lead commercial interior fit-out works on-site. This full-time, site-based role requires 3–8 years of experience in office interiors and the ability to read drawings and BOQs, coordinate contractors, and manage safety on schedule.

You will supervise civil, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, painting, and finishing activities, maintain daily reports, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, interior design, or architecture.
• 3–8 years of experience in commercial office interior fit-out/site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Experience in contractor, labour, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and site management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of commercial interior fit-out works.
• Ensure execution per approved drawings, BOQ, specs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site labour.
• Monitor manpower, materials, progress, and productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries and storage/utilization.
• Conduct quality checks and close snags and rework.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with Project Manager for resolution.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, photographs, and docs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams at site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in commercial office interior fit-out/site execution.
• Strong knowledge of interior execution, construction sequencing, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Experience in contractor, labour, and vendor coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and site management skills.
