Job summary

Cosmic Uplift in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, seeks a Site Supervisor cum Billing Engineer to lead interior fit-out execution on site, supervise labor, ensure quality, and manage project billing and documentation. You will coordinate with architects, project managers, and procurement to maintain schedules and cost control.

The role requires reading drawings, familiarity with AutoCAD, strong Excel skills, and clear communication to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project delivery with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution of interior fit-out activities across civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceilings and flooring
• Ensure work adheres to drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Manage labor, subcontractors and vendors; monitor progress for timely completion
• Maintain safety and site discipline; coordinate with architects and project managers
• Quantity surveying & Billing: take site measurements, prepare BOQ, submit RA and final bills, verify subcontractor bills
• Track project costs and maintain billing records; coordinate with procurement to plan material requirements; prepare DPRs and reports
