Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong and execution-oriented Site Project Engineer to manage commercial interior fit-out projects from commencement to handover, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute site works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials and project progress.
• Supervise and coordinate civil, MEP, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, painting and finishing works.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies, technical issues and site requirements.
• Raise technical queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and materials.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with all project stakeholders.
• Prepare measurement sheets for billing and verify executed quantities.
• Check subcontractor measurements and support billing activities.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure of snags before handover.
• Support preparation of As-Built Drawings and project close-out documentation.
• Ensure proper site documentation and safety compliance.
• Monitor project progress and take necessary action to achieve project timelines.
• Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely completion.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
