Responsibilities:

• Supervise finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing.
• Oversee RCC works, including shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and curing.
• Ensure all work follows drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and minimize wastage.
• Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Support timely project delivery and adherence to budget.
• Guide and train workers to maintain efficiency and workmanship.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and RCC conventional techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and finishing layouts.
• Experience managing labour, vendors, and site challenges.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Site Supervisor handling finishing and RCC works is highly preferred.
