Job summary

Project Veer in India is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to lead security, housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and quality across locations.

This full-time role requires a valid driving license, own two-wheeler, and readiness to travel across Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara as needed. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

• Local candidate required.
• Valid Driving License and own two-wheeler are required.
• For the Pune location, travel across Pune will be needed.
• For the Ahmedabad location, travel to Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara will be needed.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and monitor in-house facility staff (Guards and Service Guardians) to maintain high standards of discipline, grooming, and performance.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on site, addressing daily operational queries, resolving grievances swiftly, and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
• Operations & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of security, housekeeping, and maintenance (MEP) activities to ensure compliance with company quality standards and SLAs.
• Attendance & Rostering: Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and deployment rosters using digital tools and reporting systems provided by the company.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory compliance guidelines, and emergency response procedures across the facility at all times.
• Incident Reporting: Record and report any operational discrepancies, maintenance breakdowns, or security incidents immediately to management with appropriate corrective actions.
