Responsibilities

• Manage facility management services and ensure customer compliance.
• Oversee a team of 10 to 20 people and maintain good rapport.
• Coordinate projects with vendors ensuring timely execution.
• Prioritize work per management, follow SLA and escalation processes.
• Handle handovers during shift changes between technicians and AFMs.
• Ensure tickets are closed within SLA and attend customer requirements.
• Prepare incident reports with RCA.
• Supervise downtime/breakdowns; manage logbooks and schedules.
• Knowledge of DG, Elevator, and STP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Candidates must have good knowledge in facility management services, must have good communication & problem solving skills.
• Should be able to manage a team of 10 to 20 people (Operators & Technicians), and maintain good rapport with the clients & employees.
• Project coordination with vendors, ensure timely project execution within budget & report to management team
• Priorities work as per the management instructions, follow the SLA & escalation process
• Ensure the hand over and take over work activities during shift change over between technicians/BMS and amongst AFMs
• Ensure customer compliance are attended on time by technicians, tickets are closed with in SLA
• Incident report detailed report with RCA
• Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns Supervise the logbooks, checklists and schedules
• Knowledge about DG, Elevator, STP is added advantage.
