Job summary

Bharath Hi-Tecch Builders Pvt Ltd is seeking a Construction/Project Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities across civil, structural and finishing works for a complex including F&B court, fuel station, retail units, hotel, warehouse, showroom and parking infrastructure.

Ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings; monitor QC and safety; coordinate with surveyors, contractors and authorities; manage progress and pre-handover readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multi-trade construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and safety standards.
• Excellent communication with contractors, labour and management.

Job Title: Construction/Project Site Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily construction activities across civil, structural, and finishing works for all sub-components of the complex (F&B court, fuel station/dhaba/dormitory block, retail units, hotel, warehouse, automobile showroom, and parking/road infrastructure).
• Ensure execution strictly follows approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; flag and elevate discrepancies to the Project Manager/Site Engineer.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards for materials, workmanship, and finishing across all trades.
• Track daily progress against the project schedule; report delays, bottlenecks, and resource shortfalls promptly.
• Coordinate manpower, contractors, and sub-contractors across simultaneous work-fronts to optimize sequencing and avoid clashes between trades.
• Supervise site safety compliance ensure use of PPE, safe scaffolding/excavation practices, and adherence to statutory safety norms; report incidents immediately.
• Maintain daily site records: labour attendance, material consumption, machinery logs, weather conditions, and progress photographs.
• Coordinate with surveyors/engineers for layout marking, levels, and setting-out checks before and during execution.
• Verify material receipts against approved specifications/BOQ and coordinate with the store/procurement team on stock and wastage.
• Liaise with statutory authorities/inspectors (highway authority, fire, electrical inspector, etc.) as required during construction milestones.
• Support pre-handover checks snag lists, punch-list closure, and readiness for MEP/utility connections (fuel station, hotel, F&B, retail).
• Escalate design or site constraints (e.g., interface issues between fuel station and adjoining retail/parking zones) to the design/PM team for timely resolution.
