• Team Coordination: Lead laborers and coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, attendance records, and update management on milestones.
• Execution & Accuracy: Read, interpret, and execute architectural blueprints, working drawings, electrical layouts flawlessly on-site.
• Quality & Finish Control: Maintain a zero-compromise attitude toward finishing quality, material alignment, and structural stability.
• Timeline Management: Track daily progress against the project schedule. Proactively flag delays and resolve bottlenecks on the ground.
• Material & Inventory Tracking: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and safe storage of materials on-site. Verify quantities against the BOQ to minimize wastage.
• Reporting: Send daily or weekly progress reports, including site photographs and milestone updates, to the project architect and management.
