Job summary

Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor/Foreman for high-rise construction in Delhi.

You will supervise aluminium formwork, safety screen installations and glass facade works, read and interpret drawings, and guide skilled workers and labourers to ensure accurate installation, quality and safety on schedule. Coordinate with Project Engineers and subcontractors to maintain smooth site operations, monitor daily progress, report issues promptly, and uphold stringent safety standards

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction supervision.
• Proven experience in Aluminium Formwork Installation, Safety Screen Installation, or Glass Facade Installation.
• Ability to read and understand technical/structural drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.
