The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of Foreman experience in building construction and the ability to coordinate with engineers and subcontractors. Willingness to work on-site is essential.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Foreman with expertise in reinforcement steel works, block masonry, and plastering works to supervise and execute day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage labour teams, and ensure quality work while adhering to project schedules and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all steel reinforcement, block work, and plastering activities at the construction site.
• Allocate daily work to labour teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site measurements and verify material requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and utilization of construction materials to minimize wastage.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and labour attendance.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with quality standards before handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Foreman in building construction.
• and plastering works is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Good understanding of construction quality standards and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and subcontractors.
• Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Preferred Qualification

• ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Qualification preferred.
• Experience in residential or commercial high-rise construction projects will be an added advantage.
