About the Role

The Site Supervisor manages daily site execution and keeps installation work moving according to drawings, instructions, and Imperio quality standards.

This role supervises installation teams, attendance, tools, safety, site readiness, material shortages, measurement issues, and daily progress reporting.

The role is full-time, on-site from Charni Road, Mumbai, Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily execution, installation teams, attendance, safety, tools, and site readiness.
• Report progress, blockers, material shortages, measurement issues, and quality concerns before they escalated.
• Ensure site work follows drawings, supervisor instructions, installation method, and Imperio quality standards.

Requirements

Hands-On Site Supervision

Labour and Contractor Handling

Comfort coordinating labour, managing attendance, giving instructions, and escalating issues.

Basic Measurement Skills

Ability to send clear daily updates with completed work, pending items, blockers, and next actions.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in building materials, windows, railings, facade, construction products, or premium architectural products is a plus, not mandatory.
• Experience with railing, window, facade, glass, aluminium, fabrication, or finishing installation work.
• Comfort sharing site photos, checklists, and structured progress updates from the field.
