Job summary

The role requires strong leadership to coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors; manage labour, enforce safety protocols, monitor progress, and maintain daily reports and material usage records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Foreman in building construction.
• Experience in plastering works is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Good understanding of construction quality standards and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and subcontractors.
• Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate steel reinforcement, block work, and plastering activities on site.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Maintain daily work progress reports and labour attendance.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly.

• Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with quality standards before handover.
