Job summary

Talent Seeds Corporate Solutions is seeking a Site Engineer & Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in facade works to oversee on-site execution, ensure quality standards, and manage daily site activities for facade and window installations.

You will supervise installation activities, coordinate with project managers and labor, and ensure work aligns with drawings and safety standards. Strong reading of technical drawings and Civil Engineering education are required.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in facade/site supervision.
• Knowledge of facade systems, installation methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in facade contracting companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of facade systems (glass, ACP, aluminum, curtain wall, windows, etc.) at site.
