Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (API Platform) with 5+ years of API gateway and microservices SRE expertise to join its Noida and Lucknow teams. You will own API gateway administration, traffic routing, security policy enforcement, and platform reliability.

Qualifications

Detailed Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer (API Platform) supporting HCLTech across Noida and Lucknow, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise API gateway administration, traffic routing, security policy enforcement, and platform reliability. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing API gateways (Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management), configuring rate limiting, quotas, and security policies, monitoring API latency and throughput, troubleshooting integration bottlenecks, automating CI/CD API deployments, and collaborating closely with software development and security squads. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex API traffic anomalies under strict enterprise service level agreements. You will manage application requirements.
