Job summary

Detailed Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer (Sitecore) supporting HCLTech across Noida and Lucknow, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of Sitecore platform stability, deployment automation, performance optimization, and production support. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Experience Commerce (XC) environments, managing Azure cloud infrastructure scaling, troubleshooting complex rendering and database bottlenecks, implementing CI/CD pipelines for content management releases, configuring monitoring suites, and collaborating closely with web development and infrastructure squads. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex Sitecore production anomalies under strict service level agreements.

• Strong, demonstrable hands‑on operational experience administering Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) / Experience Commerce (XC).
• Deep practical proficiency in Sitecore hosting architecture, Azure PaaS/IaaS integration, and performance tuning.
• Proven operational experience in troubleshooting Sitecore logs, xDB databases, search indexes (Solr/Azure Search), and caching layers.
• Solid practical proficiency in automation scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform administration.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving capabilities under high‑pressure production conditions.
