Job description

The Site Engineer QS & Billing will be responsible for quantity surveying, measurement, billing, and cost control activities at the project site. The role involves preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, quantity take‑offs, and monitoring project costs to ensure timely billing and financial control of industrial construction projects such as warehouses, factories, and utility buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveying
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
• Verify quantities executed at site for civil and structural works.
• Maintain measurement sheets and BOQ reconciliation.
• Track variation quantities and extra items.
• Client Billing
• Prepare Running Account (RA) bills for submission to clients.
• Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for bill verification and certification.
• Maintain billing registers and documentation.
• Follow up for bill certification and payments.
• Subcontractor Billing
• Verify subcontractor measurements and bills.
• Prepare and process subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
• Ensure bills are in line with work order terms and executed quantities.
