Job summary

JAKSON Group in India is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance leader for its solar plant. You will manage day-to-day ops, optimize energy generation, and lead engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure high availability.

You will monitor SCADA systems, analyze performance and alarms, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence. The role requires strong vendor management and reporting across daily to monthly cycles.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in solar plant operations & maintenance.
• Experience leading engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Experience in SCADA, performance analysis and fault diagnosis.
• Strong budget, cost control and procurement exposure.
• Client relationship management with DISCOMs, OEMs and regulators.
• Safety, HSE awareness and statutory compliance knowledge.
• Vendor and contractor management from onboarding to delivery.
• Ability to prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports.
• Experience in safety audits, toolbox talks and emergency drills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of spares, consumables, and maintenance tools.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Control site budget and approve routine operational expenses.
• Ensure timely closure of punch points and customer complaints.
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
