We are seeking Site O&M Lead , who is responsible for end‑to‑end operations and maintenance of renewable energy power plant(s) at site, ensuring maximum generation, high asset availability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves leading site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities of the power plant
• Ensure plant availability, generation targets, PR/CUF, and SLA compliance
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
• Monitor equipment health including inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and balance of plant
• Analyze plant performance and losses; implement corrective actions
• Monitor plant performance through SCADA and analyze generation and grid‑related losses
• Ensure both Plant Availability and Grid Availability through proactive coordination and planning
• Lead, mentor, and manage site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet operational requirements
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, permit systems, and site discipline
• Coordinate closely with site teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations & faster issue resolution
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Central Monitoring, OEMs
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, grid authorities, as required
• Manage OEM warranties, AMCs, and service‑level agreements
