Job summary

Enerparc Energy is seeking an experienced O&M leader to monitor and manage solar PV projects, including rooftop and utility-scale plants. You will ensure safety compliance, oversee daily operations, and drive performance improvements across assets.

The role requires strong technical coordination, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise technicians and coordinate with OEMs for warranties and support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor allocated projects using SCADA, data monitoring platforms, and diagnostic tools, ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and grid regulations.
• Oversee daily operations of solar PV plants, including rooftop and utility-scale projects, according to schedule.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to maximize plant generation.
• Maintain breakdown sheets, customer complaint registers, and module cleaning sheets for data analytics.
• Coordinate with analytics team to track KPIs such as PR, plant availability, and generation guarantee.
• Maintain vendor records, handle vendor queries, and coordinate invoice submissions.
• Follow up with customers for payment collection.
• Conduct O&M audits before project handover and share punch points.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and performance logs.
• Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
• Update customer complaint registers daily and track closure against target dates.
• Ensure IMS adherence across projects.
• Create and maintain weekly trackers for failures related to inverters, sensors, modules, and other equipment.
• Manage spares and maintain inventory records.
• Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and plan corrective actions in advance.
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and warranty claims, including planning for equipment extended warranties.
• Manage spare parts inventory, ensure timely replacements, and conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.

REQUIREMENTS
