Enerparc Energy. seeks an experienced O&M professional to oversee solar PV plants, monitor performance, and coordinate with analytics and OEMs. You will supervise technicians, maintain records, and ensure safety and IMS adherence across projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance planning, and effective supplier and customer coordination in a fast-paced operations environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• 10–12 years of experience in Solar PV, preferably O&M.
• Strong coordination and reporting capabilities.

• Monitor projects using SCADA, data platforms, and diagnostic tools while upholding safety standards.
• Oversee daily operations of rooftop and utility-scale solar PV plants per schedule.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to maximize plant generation.
• Maintain breakdown sheets, complaint registers, and data analytics sheets.
• Coordinate with analytics to track KPIs like plant availability and generation guarantee.
• Coordinate vendor records and handle invoice submissions.

ROLE

• – Monitor allocated projects using SCADA, data monitoring platforms, and diagnostic tools while adhering to electrical safety standards and grid regulations.
• – Oversee daily operations of rooftop and utility‑scale solar PV plants according to schedule.
• – Identify and resolve performance issues to maximize plant generation.
• – Maintain breakdown sheets, customer complaint registers, and module cleaning sheets for data analytics.
• – Coordinate with analytics team to track KPIs such as PR, plant availability, and generation guarantee.
• – Maintain vendor records, handle vendor queries, and coordinate invoice submissions.
• – Follow up with customers for payment collection.
• – Conduct O&M audits before project handover and share punch points.
• – Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and performance logs.
• – Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
• – Update customer complaint registers daily and track closure against target dates.
• – Ensure IMS adherence across projects.
• – Create and maintain weekly trackers for failures related to inverters, sensors, modules, and other equipment.
• – Manage spares and maintain inventory records.
• – Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and plan corrective actions in advance.
• – Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and warranty claims, including planning for equipment extended warranties.
• – Manage spare parts inventory, ensure timely replacements, and conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment.
• – Plan preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.

REQUIREMENTS

• – B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
• – 10‑12 years of experience in Solar PV, preferably in O&M.
• – Technical coordination and report writing skills.
• – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• – Strong ability to resolve site‑related technical issues within defined targets.
• – Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• – Effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• – Ability to work effectively in an operations environment.
• – Adaptability to a fast‑paced operational environment.
• – Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
