Job summary

Leadec in India is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering professional to oversee daily maintenance and utility systems at the plant. The role ensures smooth supply of power, water, steam, and other utilities, and the reliable operation of boilers, chillers, RO, DM plants, and the DG set.

The candidate will manage 40–50 personnel, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with government norms, including boiler inspections.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 9–13 years of experience in utilities maintenance.
• Experience in managing 40–50 personnel.

Responsibilities

• Day to day maintenance activity.
• Ensure smooth supply of utilities to the plant.
• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, RO, DM water, and other utility systems.
• Enforce safety and government norms for boiler inspections.

Role & responsibilities

Day to Day maintenance activity.

Responsible for smooth supply of all kind of utilities to plant like power, water, steam, compressed air, chilled water, hot water, DM water, soft water, Boiler feed water, brine, cooling water, drinking water etc.

Smooth operation of all utility machineries like boiler, chilling plant, hot water generation system, DM plan, RO plant, soft water Plant, Brine Plant, Cooling Tower & DG set.

Ensuring discipline in department.

Ensure safety and safe working environment in Utility department. Responsible for complying govt norms regarding annual boiler inspection.

Manages division personnel to ensure that all water facilities are operated, repaired and maintained efficiently and effectively and in a manner to comply with all govt. standards.

Documentation - MS Office (ISO)
